Dry Hot Bake

Eli broke all the rules of traditional cheesecake baking! No water bath and a dry hot bake resulted in a beautifully caramelized exterior with a rich and creamy interior.

Shortbread Cookie Crust

Our cheesecake is baked on a giant all-butter shortbread cookie! It's like two desserts in one.

The best vanilla

We use only the best cold-extracted Madagascar vanilla from Nielsen-Massey, a fellow family-owned Illinois business.

Really good dairy

We use all-natural slow-cultured cream cheese and sour cream, which is the key to our signature taste.

Hand-Decorated

Our team of decorators are true pastry artists, from hand-piping frosting to swirling to enrobing...it's an art form!
