Eli’s Cheesecake is a Chicago-born, third-generation, family-owned bakery devoted to handcrafting the best cheesecake in the world and making life sweeter for everyone. It all started with Eli Schulman, who created Chicago-style cheesecake at his legendary steakhouse, Eli’s The Place for Steak.
