We do, and you’ll be the talk of the dorm! We strongly recommend you let the college student know a package is coming and that it might require a signature depending on the school’s mail room policies.

No. When sending to a residential address, it is standard practice to leave the package at the door if no one is home. Please advise the recipient a package is coming and to be on the lookout. When shipping to multi-unit buildings, packages may be delivered to an apartment office. ORDERS CAN BE DELIVERED AS LATE AS 8:00PM LOCAL TIME.

Your order ships frozen in an insulated cooler with dry ice. It may arrive frozen, partly thawed or cool, and all of these are normal. Use gloves to remove any dry ice that's left, and never touch it with bare hands. Allow it to evaporate in a well ventilated area. Put your cheesecake into the freezer or fridge right away.

For your safety, do not handle dry ice with your bare hands and keep away from children. Allow any remaining dry ice to evaporate in a well-ventilated area.

Cheesecakes, Tres Leches Cake, Tiramisu: 

• Thaw in fridge for at least 6 hours or, ideally, overnight.

It's made with hot, fast bake and no water bath, resulting in a golden brown exterior with a rich and creamy interior. Richer and creamier than its New York counterpart, it has a unique taste and texture and is baked on an all-butter shortbread cookie crust

Every Eli's Cheesecake is made at our bakery on Chicago's northwest side.

All of our desserts are handmade and decorated at our family-owned bakery in Chicago! As soon as they come out of the oven, they go through a cooling and freezing process that locks in freshness, so you get the highest-quality desserts possible. Did you know that cheesecake loves the freezer? Even if you make it at home, it's best to freeze it so you get the cleanest cut. The freezer is your friend when it comes to dessert!

Most of our desserts are certified kosher by the Chicago Rabbinical Council. There are exceptions. Refer to each product page for Kosher status. If you have any questions, please contact us at customerservice@elicheesecake.com.

We make both certified gluten-free and gluten-friendly desserts. Our Double Marshmallow Crispy Bars are certified gluten-free. Our Salted Caramel and Hot Chocolate Cheesecakes are gluten-friendly, which means they're made with gluten-free ingredients in a bakery that also uses ingredients containing gluten.
