Storage

Thaw Eli's Cheesecakes overnight in the refrigerator or at room temperature for up to 2 hours. To serve, remove thawed dessert from box and remove shrink wrap and collar, if applicable. Remove the papers from each slice before serving.

Cuties are best stored and served frozen.

Frozen: Elis Cheesecakes can be stored frozen at zero degrees (0F) for up to 9 months, tightly wrapped.

Refrigerated: Once thawed, Elis Cheesecakes can be stored covered up to 5 days in the refrigerator.

Eli's Desserts are perishable and shipped frozen, packaged with dry ice in a heavy-duty Styrofoam container so each arrives picture perfect.

When you check out, you'll choose the day you'd like your order to arrive, up to 30 days ahead. We deliver Tuesday through Friday. We recommend choosing a date 1–2 days before your celebration. Shipping methods
After you pick a date, you'll see the shipping methods that can get your order there on time.

Standard: Arrives on your selected date or up to 1 day early. Our cheesecakes ship frozen, so an early arrival can go right into the freezer.
Priority: Arrives on your selected date.
If your date is close, Priority may be the only option.

Order cutoff
Orders placed by 8am CT on a business day can ship that same day. Orders placed after 8am CT ship the next business day. The calendar only shows dates we can reach in time.

We use only the best cold-extracted vanilla from Nielsen-Massey, a fellow family-owned business made in Illinois.

Really good dairy

We use slow-cultured cream cheese and sour cream, plus fresh creamery butter. That signature cultured tang is balanced with just the right sweetness, because we'd never use sugar to mask really good dairy.
